Ingegnere meccanico con oltre 20 anni di esperienza manageriale presso aziende multinazionali leader operanti nel settore automotive quali Valeo, Sumitomo Corporation, Arvin Industries, Meritor Inc. e CNHi/Iveco. Con una conoscenza industriale, di prodotto e di mercato per i componenti e per i veicoli completi, Alessandro Mortali ha sviluppato una notevole competenza per investimenti, riorganizzazione, vendite e per la pianificazione del prodotto.

A Gennaio 2014, Alessandro Mortali ha fondato la Executive Management Consulting iniziando a fornire consulenze e supporto manageriale a OEMs, fornitori Tier 1 & 2 e Private Equity.
